Sweeney Mason LLP seeks a litigation associate attorney with 3-plus years of experience in employment and/or business litigation, primarily defense.  Compensation (including benefits and bonuses) commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications:  

Has the desire, aptitude and work ethic to become a defense litigation equity partner in a successful boutique law firm in Silicon Valley.  

Has the desire, aptitude and work ethic to develop into an experienced, successful trial lawyer.

Is able to work three (3) days at minimum in office in Los Gatos, California.
